Our Work: User Testing

People with disability were recruited to undertake user testing of an online e-learning program. The project team wanted to be sure that the e-learning course worked for young people and their supporters.

Working with Ann at Untapped Customer was fantastic.

Ann holds a deep reverence for people’s lived experience, and this shines through the work. All elements from brief through recruitment to final report were facilitated with ease and sophistication. Our Work: Participant Recruitment and Interviewing

Untapped Customer sourced people to participate within the demographic we were seeking, supported them to explore the e-learning and worked with each person to capture their experience in a supportive interview. We were delighted with the depth of feedback and the quality of the final report.

Our Work: Co-designing with Carers

Mental health carers were engaged through interview, survey, and workshops to inform the development of a carer hub and retreat. We loved getting creative and hearing directly from carers about what respite means to them.
