Meet our founder

Ann’s personal journey with disability and mental health has shaped her interactions with the world, touching every aspect of her roles as mother, wife, consultant, trainer and now business owner. Known as the “quiet achiever”, Ann finds her stride away from the spotlight. However, that hasn’t stopped her channeling her passion to impact and influence change. At the heart of Ann’s passion is the belief that everyone has their own unique story to tell. She is driven by the conviction that people with disability should have the chance to share their unique stories and actively contribute to the communities they belong to.

Our Work: User Testing

People with disability were recruited to undertake user testing of an online e-learning program. The project team wanted to be sure that the e-learning course worked for young people and their supporters.

Working with Ann at Untapped Customer was fantastic.

Our Work: Participant Recruitment and Interviewing

Untapped Customer sourced people to participate within the demographic we were seeking, supported them to explore the e-learning and worked with each person to capture their experience in a supportive interview. We were delighted with the depth of feedback and the quality of the final report.

Our Work: Co-designing with Carers

Mental health carers were engaged through interview, survey, and workshops to inform the development of a carer hub and retreat. We loved getting creative and hearing directly from carers about what respite means to them.
